Vlad Komanicky is the Co-Founder of Alchemists, a Marketing Advisory Partner that helps brands to deliver better creative and commercial outcomes for their marketing teams and agencies.
Vlad is passionate about building better commercial relationships for agencies and clients. He combines a mastery over numbers and data with a keen eye and appreciation for the power of creativity.
In his spare time (when he is not walking his two giant wolfhounds and pug) he devours the latest trends in technology and how it links to modern communication.
Before founding Alchemists, Vlad led the Consultancy practice at Oystercatchers and ran major consultancy projects for the likes of EY, Post Office and Invesco, among others.
In his past life, Vlad spent over a decade client-side, in senior Procurement roles at GSK, Vodafone, Mars, John Lewis and RBS. His objective was always to bring Marketing and Agencies closer to Procurement and to find a better way to collaborate and develop long term sustainable relationships.
Vlad has been delighted to use all his experience to lead the development of this paper.
