Multiple Sclerosis Society: Strengthening the MSS Against Recession

The MSS faced two challenges - the economy was in recession and charities were becoming increasingly competitive. Awareness and interest in MSS was declining. Brand needed to generate regular income and stem its share decline. This paper argues that by using a series of emotive advertising campaigns there was an increase in donations and the decline was reversed.
