1986 re-launch for Rover 200 originally launched in 1984. there were some difficulties with the marquee image and perceptions of price, with consumers seeing it as a car for older drivers and more expensive than they could afford. Mainly colour magazines with some TV. Sales and shares increased as did ad awareness. Sales increases meant higher production capacity and Employment. New campaign was the only thing to explain these results.
