Scottish Executive set up Business Gateway to support those wanting to set up on their own or grow their company. A grant was developed targeting the 18-30's using 'a grand sys you can' in a fun and inspiring campaign. Responses were invited by website, phone and for the firs time text messaging resulting in a flood of enquiries
