Please read these Policies carefully before you submit an order to us, request a cancellation or an exam deferral.
In addition to our general Website Terms and Conditions and Professional Development Terms and Conditions for Businesses and Individuals, the rules of engagement as laid out in the Course-specific Policies apply when you purchase or participate in an IPA Course or Exam.
We operate a 14-day cancellation policy, please see the Terms and Conditions for further details.

If your booking is for an IPA online exam, you are able to defer your exam date to the next available exam date free of charge up until the booking deadline of the original exam date booked.
Exam deferrals requested beyond this booking deadline incur a fee of £150 + VAT. Only candidates with extenuating circumstances will have the fee waived.
Candidates may only defer their exam once.

These Policies apply to all IPA Courses that do not have Course-specific Policies.
