Sunando has 20+ years of global experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver multi-billion-dollar impact, combining ML/AI, marketing and advertising technologies, and predictive insights. Presently, he leads Unilever’s Predictive Analytics global centre of excellence within Consumer and Market Insight, partnering with data scientists, econometricians, insights specialists and agency partners to build scalable AI/data science solutions and drive business outcomes. One of his key focus areas is global continuous granular media mix measurement and optimisation to drive short-term and long-term sales.

An accomplished speaker and thought leader, Sunando publishes and presents across leading forums, including California Management Journal, The Economist summit, WEF Davos (Insights Lighthouse Summit), AI Summit, Ad:Tech, AdMap, ARF Re:Think. He has received multiple industry awards, including the CDO Vision Award for AI leadership and Best Innovation in AI for Personalisation, and contributed the chapter “Creating Strategic Value through Digital Reinvention” to the book Evolution of Management Practice.
