You must be able to demonstrate you’ve incorporated initiatives that align with the three core sections of the Promise – Empower, Support, Prevent – to earn an IPA People First Promise badge of honour. Your initiatives can be from the resources provided below or from your own. The People First Promise badge is valid for two years. Your company logo will appear on the IPA website along with other organisations that have earned the badge.
