The IPA TouchPoints Champions group met to run through the latest TouchPoints news and developments.

The session began with an update on the inaugural IPA Planning Summit, before going on to look at the new developments in DayLite and the upcoming TouchPoints Roadshow.
Attendees were also asked to submit any ideas they had to be included in upcoming TouchPoints events with a Call for Speakers and Case Studies at the Making Sense 5 session, TouchPoints 2023 celebration, and 2023 Planning Summit.
Finally, Graeme Griffiths delivered a preview of the brand new TouchPoints 2023 Diary and requested that TouchPoints Champions feedback their thoughts to him on the new diary designs.
