The IPA is returning to Austin in March for the SXSW Interactive Festival, supporting the UK advertising industry and bringing back learnings from the world’s preeminent emerging technology conference.
IPA Director of Media Affairs Nigel Gwilliam and Membership Director Tom Mott will be in Texas from 7-14 March providing an informal support network for agency staff on the ground both in person via evening meet-ups and virtually via a dedicated UK agency WhatsApp group. Having attended every year since 2011, the IPA team is well placed to offer recommendations ahead of travelling to Texas as well as once in Austin.
SXSW 2023 saw artificial intelligence take centre stage, but AI is just one of 24 tracks at this year’s conference including XR, Climate Change, 2050 and psychedelics and many more.
