Pricing for Success Online Tool

The IPA recently launched a new white paper on pricing. Pricing for Success encourages agencies to expand their thinking when it comes to pricing their services and products and to build more effective commercial relationships.

To accompany the publication we have devised this simple online tool that enables agencies to define when and how to introduce new pricing models and move into more innovative solutions.

There are three phases to this process:

  • Phase One: Generating a baseline score. Understanding the impact and true value of your work.
  • Phase Two: Relationship and Risk factors. Where you are and your appetite for risk.
  • Phase Three: Creating a commercial score and framework. How ready you and the client are for innovation.

Each phase requires you to evaluate your relationship and select a response. It is important to do this accurately and without bias. Midway through this form you will be presented with a Baseline Score and at the end of the form a Commercial Score.
