This case study illustrates how communciations helped build the PureGym brand and business through three phases: launching PureGym as a budget choice; establishing the brand; and focusing on being known as value (a great product for a great rate). It tracks the growth of the business and its increase in media investment and share of voice, with channels split between direct digital channels and TV and outdoor to balance volume growth and cost efficiency.
