2024 IPA Business Growth Conference explores Gen Z’s ways of working

How clients and agency leaders can best align their working practices with Gen Z for mutual benefit

What motivates our Gen Z employees? What are their needs and values? And why will better understanding of this newer generation lead to greater business growth for agency leaders and clients?

This is just one of the important areas we will be exploring at next week’s IPA Business Growth Conference.

The talent-focused session will unveil new IPA-commissioned research from Hall & Partners that explores Gen Z’s ways of working, and how clients and agency leaders can best align their working practices with Gen Z for mutual benefit.

The subsequent discussion between IPA President Josh Krichefski, CEO EMEA and UK, GroupM and Nikita Heer, Account Manager, Rock Kitchen Harris and Prianka Ramlugun, Strategist, Publicis London will dive into these findings and their lived experiences. It will also be informed by and reference findings from the recent ‘Amplifying Voices’ research, commissioned by the IPA Media Climate Action Group.

Additional sessions include:

  • Leading political and economic journalist Faisal Islam on the state of the global economy and where growth may come from under a new government.
  • Practical guidelines for agencies on why building a sustainability strategy is critical to future success.
  • Five steps to agency transformation and what agencies can do immediately to change their business model and reap the rewards.
  • An AI deep dive with four different agency perspectives on how they are embracing AI and using it to deliver value and growth for themselves and their clients.
