The IPA is expanding access to its award-winning advertising qualifications programme through a partnership with the Association of Advertising and Marketing Singapore (AAMS).
Formed in 2019 through a merger of the 4As (Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Singapore) and IAS (Institute of Advertising Singapore), the AAMS represents all aspects of advertising, marketing, media owners, and marketing communications in the region.
The IPA’s range of highly acclaimed professional development programme has seen 30,870 delegates in 87 countries expand their understanding and skills in all areas and levels of the agency business.
Singaporean practitioners will benefit from discounted access to a range of IPA qualifications ranging from the IPA Foundation Certificate, a comprehensive overview of the industry for new starters, to the IPA Excellence Diplomas in Brands and Business which prepare the brand leaders of tomorrow to move up to the next level of leadership.
Louise Hinchliffe, Associate Director of Professional Development, IPA said: "As advertising and marketing becomes increasingly globally interconnected, it is vital that learning and development is available to as many people as possible all over the world, so we can share expertise, language and experience to deliver better work for our clients and agencies."
We are delighted to partner with the AAMS to roll out this opportunity to as many advertising practitioners as possible to help raise our collective game and further strengthen our industry.
Bernard Chan, CEO, AAMS said "A partnership between IPA (Institute Of Practitioners In Advertising) and AAMS (Association of Advertising and Marketing Singapore), two established organisations in the AdMarcom industry will provide an assurance of high-quality professional training to our Community and Members. Our goal is to provide accredited skills development opportunities to our members as they advance in their professional careers."
